The column at left is the number of drug arrests. The number stayed fairly static until December, when it doubled, and January, when it almost doubled December's arrests.
What could this huge surge in drug arrests mean? Clearly our police are doing their job, and more than their job. Thanks! But why the sudden large increase in drug activity in Knoxville? Any information? Theories?
