According to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, the Rochelle School building at Rochelle Street and Knox Avenue, was sold recently to something called the 107 Rochelle Corp. for...a little over $300,000. Imagine that! One wonders what the 107 Rochelle Corp. has in mind for this building. The school building was bought from the city for something like $50,000. Who says there is no money in Knoxville real estate?
